PICK UP & DELIVERY POLICY

By placing an order on doughin.com you agree to the delivery and pickup terms outlined below. Döughin reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. Döughin is not liable for any loss, damage or change in product quality resulting from circumstances outside of our control once an order has been collected or delivered.

Döughin offers both pickup and delivery across Auckland, 7 days a week. All orders are freshly baked in-house and prepared to order. Because every bake is made fresh, we ask that customers allow sufficient preparation time before selecting their preferred pickup or delivery window. We want every order to arrive at its absolute best — and that takes a little time.

Pickup is available 7 days a week across Auckland at no additional charge. Once your order is placed, our team will begin preparing your bakes immediately.

• Earliest pickup: 3 hours from the time of ordering

• You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready for collection

• Please ensure you collect your order at your selected time

• Döughin is not responsible for any change in quality if an order is collected late

• Payment is made by cash at the time of collection

We deliver across all of Auckland, 7 days a week. A flat rate delivery fee of NZ$15 applies to all delivery orders.
